I have two therapy beliefs: 1) Sessions should be 90 min, and 2) people should pay one price with no hidden upcharges (based off of 20+ years of experience and client feedback).

I am trained in a variety of modalities, but specialize in sports and rehab as well as wellness coaching. You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I offer in my work.
